Five glasses of top white and red wines from Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, including 2015, 94-point FAY Cabernet that can be aged through 2035, will be paired with a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Hector Zamora. Featured dishes include lime-cured shrimp & yellowfin ceviche, apricot & couscous salad, cast-iron roasted Nijman Ranch lamb loin, grilled New York block, and stone-fruit crostata with candied orange peel.

This special dinner event will offer guests the chance to learn about the history of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and provide a rare insight into the production of some of the world’s finest wines, and an exclusive raffle with the chance to win a VIP Tour & Tasting for two at the winery.
